Player Safety & Wellbeing, Built In

Every player at SVFA is supervised, supported, and protected from arrival to departure. We follow GFA-aligned safeguarding standards because parents, local and international, need to know their child is safe.

24/7 Adult Supervision

Trained staff on duty day and night. Designated overnight chaperone in residence at all times.

FIFA-Approved, CAF-Certified & GFA-Vetted Coaches

All coaches hold FIFA-approved qualifications, are CAF-certified, and are vetted under the GFA. Trained in player welfare and child protection.

On-Site First Aid & Medical Support

Qualified first-aider on every session. Partner clinic in Winneba for any medical needs.

Secure Accommodation

Gated on-campus housing at Perez University. Visitor sign-in required. Boys and girls in separate blocks.

Daily Parent Updates

WhatsApp group for international parents. Match photos, daily highlights, and direct line to staff.

Confidential Reporting

Players, parents, and staff can report any concern privately to our designated Safeguarding Lead at any time.

The Sacred Vision Pathway

Camp isn't the end, it's the beginning. Here's how Sacred Vision develops players beyond the summer programme.

Register & Arrive
Choose your programme (2 weeks, 1 month, or 3 months), confirm your dates, and arrive at camp in Winneba.
Train & Compete
6 days/week intensive training, gym, swimming, video analysis, mentorship, and competitive friendly matches against local teams.
Talent Evaluation
Formal assessment by coaches and scouts. You receive a written player report covering strengths, development areas, and recommendations.
Exposure & Opportunities
Standout players are recommended to partner scouts, agents, and clubs. Ongoing support from Sacred Vision's network for trials and placements.

Sacred Vision Football Academy Summer Camp is open to players aged 15 to 25. All skill levels welcome, from beginners to competitive academy players.
Yes, open to players from anywhere in the world. Most nationalities require a visa to enter Ghana. We provide a formal invitation letter. Full payment is required before the letter is issued.
Choose any Monday start date between June 15 and August 30. Pick your programme: 2 weeks, 1 month, or 3 months. Pay a 50% deposit and your place is confirmed. Training runs 6 days per week.
Available for out-of-region and international campers. Participants are housed in standard rooms equipped with air conditioning, TV, study table, and a private washroom. Room rates range from GHS 250 to GHS 280 per day. Confirm your needs at registration.
Football boots, shin pads, water bottle, sunscreen, and personal clothing. Camp kit is provided. A full packing list is sent after registration.
Yes. All coaching sessions are conducted in English. International players will feel completely comfortable throughout.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is refundable if cancelled more than 21 days before your start date.
