Safeguarding & Safety

Player safety comes first. Here's how we look after everyone at camp.

Child Protection Policy
We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy towards abuse, bullying, and discrimination.
Medical Support
On-site first aid is available throughout the programme. The nearest hospital is within 30 minutes. All campers must provide a medical information form and emergency contact details before arrival.
Insurance & Liability
All participants are required to hold valid travel and medical insurance for the duration of their stay. Sacred Vision provides on-site supervision but participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
Emergency Procedures
Documented emergency action plans are in place covering medical emergencies, severe weather, and evacuation protocols. Parents receive emergency contact numbers upon registration.
Parent Communication
Parents and guardians receive regular updates via WhatsApp throughout the programme. A welcome pack with all policies, emergency contacts, and daily schedules is provided before arrival.
