Safety

Safeguarding & Safety

Player safety comes first. Here's how we look after everyone at camp.

Child Protection Policy
All staff and coaches are vetted and trained in child safeguarding procedures. We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy towards abuse, bullying, and discrimination. Players aged 15–17 are subject to enhanced supervision protocols.
Medical Support
On-site first aid is available throughout the programme. The nearest hospital is within 30 minutes. All campers must provide a medical information form and emergency contact details before arrival.
Insurance & Liability
All participants are required to hold valid travel and medical insurance for the duration of their stay. Sacred Vision provides on-site supervision but participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
Emergency Procedures
Documented emergency action plans are in place covering medical emergencies, severe weather, and evacuation protocols. 24/7 staff supervision ensures rapid response to any situation. Parents receive emergency contact numbers upon registration.
Staff Supervision
Dedicated staff provide 24/7 supervision for all residential campers. A designated welfare officer is available for any player to speak to confidentially at any time during the programme.
Parent Communication
Parents and guardians receive regular updates via WhatsApp throughout the programme. A welcome pack with all policies, emergency contacts, and daily schedules is provided before arrival.
